Business Spaces
"Work space is like a untapped resource. In Hong-Kong, Taiwan, Singapour, (
) the definitive choice of a building will not happen unless a Feng Shui audit is performed. In Europe, real-estate choices made by decision-makers, are often based on the sole criteria of prestige, aesthetic or pure rentability. But for the same cost, some building are more valuable than others because they carry a more valuable energy set. But our cartesian mind and culture has got these interpretation keys."
Marie-Pierre Dillenseger - Les Echos: L'Atlas des Régions, Tome 1, Avril 2001.
Your office's location, floorplan, and interior space have a critical impact on the productivity and morale of your workforce, as well as on the comfort and confidence of your clients. The audit will propose a layout that will bring as closely as possible the functions and the corresponding space. The usage of the space is at the service of the human resource. These interpretation is a subtle complement to the work of the architects, designers and decorators.
We offer the following services:
Evaluate potential locations for new offices prior to real estate investment, construction, moving, and renovation projects. We audit sites and floor plans to assess the energy and communication flows leading into and exiting the building at both micro and macro levels, looking both at the immediate surroundings and at the general area.
Determine if the building itself is an optimum match for the company's image, business goals, and message. We look at its shape, general orientation and the location of its main entrance. Then we consult with you on how to best distribute people and office functions across one or more floors.
Optimize the business space to ensure that it is used to its full potential. Are departments (such as accounting, sales, creative, etc.) and functional areas (e.g. customer reception, mail room, archives, customer service) located in the most appropriate areas in terms of their level and flow of energy? Are the colors, furniture, objects, and materials supporting or undermining your business and process objectives? We answer these questions and provide recommendations on how to ensure that your environment is aligned to your goals.
Absolute confidentiality is a key commitment for us. We therefore do not publish a client list, but will provide you with references at the appropriate time.
